FOUNDER

After decades of leading my own successful design career, I chose to shift my focus to something I found equally rewarding—supporting other interior designers.

Building and managing a design business gave me firsthand experience with the realities of balancing creativity, client expectations, project management, deadlines, and the day-to-day demands of running a successful studio. I understand the challenges because I've lived them.

Today, through Margo T Design Group D2D, I partner directly with interior designers, providing experienced, behind-the-scenes design support that helps studios expand their capacity without sacrificing quality. By sharing the technical expertise, construction knowledge, and practical insight I've gained throughout my career, I help designers confidently bring their visions to life while keeping projects moving forward.

For me, this isn't about stepping back—it's about giving back to the design community by supporting fellow designers with the experience, collaboration, and dependable partnership I know can make all the difference.

Demi Berg

One of the greatest rewards of my career has been mentoring the next generation of designers. While teaching interior design at a local community college, I had the opportunity to meet Demi, one of my students. Her talent, work ethic, and passion for the profession were evident from the very beginning.

Five years later, Demi has become an integral part of Margo T Design Group D2D. She brings amazing talent, exceptional technical drafting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of construction documentation. Her ability to communicate design intent through accurate, well-organized construction drawings helps ensure projects are coordinated clearly and efficiently.

Together, we combine decades of industry experience with fresh perspective and technical precision. Our collaborative approach allows us to provide reliable, high-quality design support that helps our clients keep projects moving forward with confidence.
